Mordred feels like she isn’t perfect and since he is a traitor himself

He feels attracted to the queen ( stong and powerful image )  but also to the woman he learns to know for over a year , he sees her kindness and how she stands up to Arthur when he is wrong , he sees that she wears a mask like him too , she pretends that she is ok whereas the scars of the betrayal are still open and she can feel sometimes , for a second , the insecurity in Arthur’s eyes when he looks at her. He feels less lonely around her , as if he could be himself , she fell in love with the son of the man she hated the most , how ironic that he is falling in love with the wife of the man he hates the most ? 

The more he gets closer to her , the more he gets away from Morgana’s influence. I think it’s important to insist on that , Morgana could have Guinevere by her side if she told her about the magic , there is always that mirror between hers, those parallels ( bad vs good queen ) so what would happen if Gwen finds out about Mordred’s magic ? Would she reject him like Arthur would ? is following Morgana the only way to get his revenge ? 

Arthur being always busy and on quest , she finds a confident in Mordred , she knows that he would never judge her  , she doesn’t why because she feels like she deserves what she got but there is just something mysterious about him , something that she needs to find out as if it depended on her life.

The thing he didn’t expect is that the reason why he wants to kill Arthur changed : it’s not only for revenge , it’s by jealousy.
